Do you take insurance?

Absolutely! We are in-network with many major insurance providers including Aetna, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Signa, Oscar, United Health, and Zero for Life.Church employees. Click the “Let’s Work Together'“ button above and fill out the inquiry form if you have any questions on what nutrition services may be covered with your health insurance.


If I do not have insurance, how can I pay?

We offer reduced self-pay rates for my clients who do not have or do not wish to use their insurance. For this payment method, we accept all credit cards, FSA, and HSA cards.


Do we meet in person or online?

Convenience is key. We meet with our clients on a HIPPA-compliant video platform. You can tune in on your smartphone, tablet, or computer any time, anywhere (as long as you aren’t driving).
